1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the NRI Command Center USA website (the "Site") or by engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or engage our services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, prospective clients, and current clients of NRI Command Center USA. Your continued use of the Site following any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Nature of Services
NRI Command Center USA provides private, high-touch India management services for Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), global Indian families, and cross-border business owners. Our service divisions include, but are not limited to:

• Medical & Wellness Coordination

• Government & Documentation Assistance
All services are provided pursuant to a separate, executed Engagement Agreement between NRI Command Center USA and each client. These Terms govern your access to and use of our website and any preliminary communications. The specific scope, deliverables, pricing, and conditions of service delivery are governed exclusively by your individual Engagement Agreement.
3. No Professional-Client Relationship
Access to this website or submission of an inquiry does not create a client relationship, attorney-client relationship, or any other professional relationship between you and NRI Command Center USA. A client relationship is only established upon execution of a formal Engagement Agreement and receipt of applicable retainer fees.
Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial, tax, or medical advice. Information provided herein is for general informational purposes only.
4. Eligibility
Our services are designed for and directed at adult individuals (18 years of age or older) who are Non-Resident Indians, Persons of Indian Origin, or cross-border business owners with Indian interests. By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, images, logos, audio, video, design elements, and software — is the exclusive property of NRI Command Center USA or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view this Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from this Site without our prior written consent.
6. Confidential Communications
Any information submitted to NRI Command Center USA via inquiry forms, consultation requests, email, or phone is treated as confidential. We will not use such communications for purposes other than evaluating your interest in our services and responding accordingly, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to submit any information that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringes upon the rights of any third party.
7. Fees & Payment
Service fees, retainer structures, and payment terms applicable to your engagement are set forth in your individual Engagement Agreement. NRI Command Center USA does not publish standard pricing on this website due to the bespoke nature of each client engagement.
All fees are quoted and payable in US Dollars unless otherwise specified in your Engagement Agreement. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified therein.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NRI Command Center USA and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to your use of this Site or our services.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of this Site (not including services governed by an Engagement Agreement) shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD $100).
9. Disclaimers
This website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. NRI Command Center USA does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We make no representations regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of information presented on this Site.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this Site shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English, in the State of Delaware.

NRI Command Center USA reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to this Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to us, other users, or third parties.
